New Hardware
Products are covered by a One Year Manufacturers Warranty and should be returned to the manufacture within that time should a fault develop. 

Used Hardware
Products are covered by a One Year Store warranty, should any fault develop within this time items should be sent back to us where they will be repaired or replaced. 
Products that have been tampered with or misused will not be exempt from any warranty and will be chargeable.

Testing returns
We test every return for faults and defects. Please check DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs and videogames on a second machine, and consult product manuals for electrical items before returning anything to us. If you return an item as faulty or defective and our test team discover nothing wrong then we will return the item to you at your cost.

Please note: we are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD or Blu-ray players modified to disable regional encoding.

RETURNING GAMES
If you purchase a new game and wish to return it you may do so providing it is in its original factory seal and is not damaged in anyway. If you have opened it or purchased a used game then you may return it if it is faulty and we will send out a replacement, we will not refund any used games, if you do not like or require it any more then you may sell it back to us.

Returning large and/or expensive items

For large and/or expensive items, we may arrange for a courier to collect your purchase. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a collection time that is convenient for you. If there is no error on our part, we will need to deduct the cost of the service from your refund.

PC GAMES
Please be aware that we do not offer any support or accept returns on any PC games.

I want to return an unwanted item
The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to withdraw from any purchase made from us at any time 7 working days after the date you receive the item.

If you want to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, as there is no error on our part we will refund the purchase but we will not refund your delivery costs.

Please be aware that the following goods are excluded from the right to cancel:

• Goods made to specification or otherwise personalised
• Unsealed optical media, such as DVDs, CDs, Blu-rays, video games and computer software
• Services or other activities in the form of vouchers that have expired
• Used hard drives
• Other non-refundable products include: gift vouchers and digital downloads and subscriptions.
