If your console is faulty for what ever reason, drop it in to one of the Total Entertainment Stores and we will evaluate it in our Workshop, then we will contact you to authorize its repair and send it back when done. If for what ever reason it is not repairable or you don't want to go through with the repair, we will send it back with nothing more to pay.
